Alex “Trey” Robertson, IV has spent more than 37 years specializing in multi-party complex consumer litigation in both state and federal courts, including class actions, multidistrict, and JCCP litigation. Alex’s national cases include the following: In Re Lumber Liquidators Chinese Manufactured Laminate Flooring Durability Marketing And Sales Practices Litigation, In Re FieldTurf Artificial Turf Marketing And Sales Practices Litigation, In Re CityCenter Master Construction And Lien Litigation, and Smith v. Currently, he serves as the court-appointed Co-Lead Counsel for thousands of Individual Plaintiffs in the Woolsey Fire Cases and is a member of the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in the Thomas Fire and Debris Flow Cases. Additionally, Alex has been appointed by the court as Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel in the Bobcat Fire, Saddleridge Fire, Mountainview Fire and Fairview Fire cases.
